Euros to Pound

I want to buy an acekard from shoptemp.com but i have a question..
Can Paypal convert the euros in pound amount?
Example:
Acekard+Shipment cost= 10,73£ = 12,30€ ??
Is it all in an automatic way?

Yes, but the exchange rate is worse than the official exchange rate. Paypal is making a buck out of that.

That's weird, because my order on Paypal was £3 cheaper than it said on ShopTemp.
