IMO the list should be split into three parts, emulators, hb games and hb apps. As it stands now the whole top list is just emulators (except the last one), which brings you no where unless you have roms, and depending on the game those can either rock or suck (don't get me wrong, I love reliving my youth through Megaman).

I clicked this thread to see if there was some cool hb games or apps I didnt know about, and found a list of emulators. Only thing I didn't know about was rRootage (downloading now).

No flaming please. I know this list wasn't made just for my enjoyment, but I think it would have higher value if it was split into sections. Maybe something like this:

Emulators:
[6]gpSP - GBA emulator Compability/Speed: Awesome [Essentials] GBA
...
...

HB Apps
Bookr - e-Book reader
mapThis! - GPS/Map viewer
...
...
...

HB Games
Tyrian - SHMUP
Cave Story

Thats my opinion atleast.
As for votes, mine goes to Tyrian (http://www.dcemu.co.uk/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=551715&postcount=1) and CaveStory (see previous poster for link)

CXMB - Replacement XMB. Change complete XMB look without changing your PSP's flash
OneMangaPSP - Read Manga directly from OneManga.com on your PSP
Netfront Internet Browser - Utilize all your PSP's RAM to browse the web faster

PSPdisp v0.3 (used as PC screen + control)
Quake III Arena Kurok Engine
Gpsp (GBA Emulator)
CPS2 Capcom Play System Emulator (Marvel Vs Capcom SFA3 etc. Arcade emu)
PSPKMV (Mobile Phone Emulator)
Ultimate PSPTube High Memory Mod
NetFront Browser
CSPSP
Super Mario War
Snes9xTYL
RIN GB/C
PicoDrive (Genesis/Sega CD Emu)
Text Viewer

SePlugins is extremely useful with music, popsloader, remote joy, usb functions, and other .prxs'.

awsome I'll snatch it

in a week I'll have enough to buy a pandora battery kit so for now i'm researching and downloading things I want to put on my psp

PSPTool

Great homebrew that lets you dump UMDs flash0/1/2....... and Memory Stick. Let's you create Magic Memory Stick and Pandora Batteries and other useful stuff.

+1 for psp revolution? XD

Also, any good enhanced mp3 player [or multi media player] homebrew for psp 2000/3000? I saw some things for old FWs that I dunno if they work on the one I'm using right now.

bookr, PSPComic and RemoteJoyLite are the homebrew apps I could not do without.

I'm also enjoying using PimpStreamer, but just wish it was updated as it is still very limited, and buggy IMO.

I also use the hold.prx plugin a lot when listening to music via PSP, extends battery life a LOT.
