Hacking Eshop games are missing?

Before I started modding my 3ds, I has a huge amount of virtural console games. After finishing the CFW tutorial and unbricking my 3ds, all my games went missing! I tried to re download them from the eshop app in the homebrew launcher starter kit, but it said that there was no downloadable content. I know my 3ds still knows I have it, because in data management, the software section shows them but with a grey x on them. Sorry for the awful photo quality, but I don't really have a good camera or anything like that

How do I get them back?

Just use something like TikShop to re-install the tickets so you can download them back.
