Homebrew Eshop Error 011-3001

Help my e shop get the error above if I try to launch through hans. So later I tried launching via sysnand 9.9 and I get the same error!
EDIT: Forgot to mention Nintendos error code look up is just blank with this.

I'm not very knowledgeable on this but that might be the ban code, I'm too lazy to look it up atm. The ban usually expires in a few weeks. (I'm probably wrong though)

Hum odd the page contents seem to disappear and reappear. It says something about not being able to connect to the access point. So move as close as possible to the router and make sure nothing is causing interference like a cordless phone or microwave.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
