See if the XBOX is in the insider program by checking version or #s when it fails.

Here what i get/
I try to use 1tb toshiba drive, and result always e100, and update stuck at 60%
when i connect drive to pc i find this information about flashin bluray drive
ODDFW update sequence: 1.
FAILED to find ODD physical device, status = 0xC000000E.
GetOddPhysicalDevice failed.

And i have no errors like than using 500gb drive

I live with ERROR. I think I'm even married to ERROR.
