Error witch DBI v810ru

Hi all!
Some people are having issues with DBI v810 (the ones I've seen in Russian).
It tells them they need the latest version of DBI when they log into HTTP Server.
Is anyone else having issues?
I install directly with MTP Responder, so I'm not having any issues so far.

Man, it is not a DBI issue, but a server one.
