also i pressed volume by mistake but after pressing power i got to the normal menu, i will try loading a game

Sorry to bring up an old post, However, if anyone was setting up a new Switch with emuMMC and came across this error, it's because Hekate warned you that files would be deleted when setting up emuMMC. Therefore, all files except for basically "bootloader" folder, will be deleted. You may have even lost game installs, saves, screenshots, and more.

All you need to do is just reinstall Atmosphere. Done.

Replace your CFW files from where you previously get your fss0 build. Also update your hekate if it outd

You replace the specified fusee-primary.bin with fusee.bin and fusee-secondary.bin with package3, and also update your CFW files.
