Hacking Error while installing FBI cia

Due to various reasons, I deleted everything in my sd card and am working on creating a new reinand/etc. I'm on 10.4 emunand right now on reinand. I only need to install the Fbi.cia so I can install other cias. But I'm getting this error while trying to download Fbi.cia. I tried downloading hblauncher_loader.cia and BigBlueMenu.cia but got the same error both times. Any ideas?

Make sure the CIA file isn't 0kb and is the latest version of Fbi cia.

if i read correctly, you made a emunand without installing fbi?
(because we have access to arm9 in 9.2 and lower.... or something something)
thats why your getting the errors in 10.4

if so i think your only solution is to inject fbi into health and safety.

It isn't 0kb and is the latest version.

Thats worth a try, thanks. But I'm using reinand, would that make a difference? Yeah, I think I'd need to download rxtools if I wanted to follow that video, is there a way to do this using reinand?

i think you can use rxtools (the tool section which is triggered by holding down L) and follow those steps. i helped a mate out by doing that and everything worked out perfect.

once you have it injected, run it and install fbi.cia and then you'll have the icon (health and safety will just become obsolete)

it will inject it into your emunand and then you'll be able to use it in reinand
