This error came out when the game was played, and the error did not disappear when restarting. It says: "A fatal error occurred when running Atmosphère. Program ID: 524850534153454d Error Desc: Kernel Panic (0x100)" At the same time, when entering Hekate and choosing a safe mode, the console starts as usual. I read it on the Internet, they say it means that the RAM does not work anymore. What could it be? Is this really a problem with Nintendo switch, or is it something in the firmware? What should I do?

That crash screen and title id seems weird, never seen it before. It says failed to save report to sd card so i'm guessing corrupted/fake sd card. Try another known good sd card with latest hekate/atmosphere and nothing else, see if it boots up.

Not sure what safe mode means, do you mean ofw/sysnand? If sysnand boots fine then it's probably not hardware related

I mean this safe mode (see image). I have installed UltraNX

I reinstalled UltraNX. The error was gone and the atmosphere loaded as usual, but the fact is that this is not the first time. + it just happens at random. I'm just afraid that the situation will worsen over time if it is related to hardware

ok so your switch is overclocked? try to restore to the original frequency and see if the error still shows up
Reinstalled UltraNX and set the default frequencies. The atmosphere starts up fine. But again, most likely this is due to the fact that I reinstalled the firmware

I found a program for the RAM test. First launched "TinyMemBenchNX", chose a bandwidth with 2 threads (1 picture). No errors were given, the latency test was also passed (the second picture).Next, I launched "MemTesterNX" and passed a long test, it also did not give out any errors (the third picture). So it was a mistake in the system, and not in the hardware? What do you think?1st image.jpg2nd image.jpg3rd image.jpg
