Hacking Error when running loaders

Hello I've recently gotten into the backup loader scene and I'm liking it so far.

I do encounter some errors sometimes, though, when I use WiiGator 0.3 my Wii sometimes freezes when I try to launch game and I have to reboot. When I tried to use SoftChip, right when it's loading it says something like "Exception: Ioctl error"

How come I get these errors? I'd say the loaders work about 50% of the time.

try reinstalling the cios.

I order to run the backuplauchner you have to install some stuff called cIOS on your Wii before the loader works. Look out for the read retry fix cIOS and install it.

Edit: Nevermind, i got you wrong, try reinstalling your cIOS.

I think I've installed a version previously, how do I uninstall cIOS?
