Hacking error trying to update miiplaza after mod install

hope this is the right spot to post this.
getting error code 022-5540 trying to update mii plaza after installing A9lh with cakeFM.

everything else works great.
thank you for any suggestions or help.

Try power cycling, if that don't work, try later. It's basically nintendos servers being wonky

so has nothing to do with having "block FIRM partition updates" selected in patches?

ive been getting this error for a solid two weeks.

Hmm it shouldn't, those are what I've enabled, and I haven't had any issue.

unsure why I had so much trouble trying to download.
