Hacking Error trying to update game the official way

I have Little Big Planet Vita installed from a .vpk and I want to be able to play online levels. I'm connected to the Internet and the game update downloads fine but errors out when I try to install it. I tried deleting the update and redownloading it but I get the same issue. I'm on 3.60 firmware spoofed to 3.70 .

Thank you for the suggestion! I was able to download the update with pkgj but when I try to install it, it says "Download failure: scePromoterUtilityPromotePkgWithRif failed: 0x80871c04"
Any ideas?

I would suggest you backup your save if you have one, delete the game and install from pkgj it also installs the patch automatically.

Welp, I did a real dumb move. I was using autoplugin and hit the wrong button and deleted henkaku.suprx . Am I boned?

No just rerun henkaku or h-encore again it will reinstall it

Thanks for talking me off a cliff. I'll probably just delete my previous install, I had only recently started the game.

I got the game and patch installed using PKGj and it appears to be working fine. Thank you for all the help. PKGj is a dream compared to searching online for .vpk files. I hadn't touched my Vita for nearly two years so I was just used to doing things the way we did back then.
