Love the site but I keep getting this "403 Forbidden" technical error page upon trying to download a theme:

Forbidden​

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Edit: Nevermind, it downloads now.. just don't check "Save Source Files". I wasn't sure if checking that was necessary!

ectract iplsound.bsar with thememii

Extract and open AudioLoopConverter.exe
Click Add > audio file you want to use on your wii menu
Click New Sample Rate (Hz) and change this
(As far as I know the Wii does not like when the replacement sound is bigger than...

i use vlc media player to convert from .mp3 to .wav myself instead of the one in guide

FYI i dont use thememii either.
I made my own CLI to extract the files and then make into a csm or app file.
