Hacking Error in Wii Shop Channel

Not sure when this started, but when I tried downloading Grill-Off today, this error popped up.
I looked through Nintendo's files and they say it's their problem, but on an unmodded wii it works fine.

Any idea as to what could be causing this? I'm on 4.1, if that matters.

Some people get with modded consoles get that error. No one really knows why. Use Dop-Mii or such to update IOS61 to the latest version and reinstall your shop channel. Sometimes it helps, other times it doesn't.

If that doesn't help, there isn't much you can do - get a WAD.

I am trying to upgrade Wii no Ma. which is a very good channel to get japanese videos. but I am getting the error 204058.

the only info I found is this...

but I upgraded 3 others free channel without a problem. only Wii no Ma cause this problem.
I tried deleting the channel instead of doing a simple upgrade. but it did not change anything.

I have a japanese Wii. hard modded but chip is disabled. I'm running 4.3J.

anyone have an idea what could I do to fix this.
