Hacking error in check TMD

hello guys, hello everyone
i try to update my old3ds to 9.2
i used the website launcher method ( reboot site )
i launched rxTools 3.0 beta 2 after first installation data suite i go to advanced options -> install FBI -> Check tmd only *and i get error
