After I install a pokemon X CIA file an error display happened...

It is a 3ds file and I manage to convert it to CIA using 3ds converter (because there is always an error when I use GodMode9 in converting it). When I installed it suddenly an error occured, help to fix this please...thank You...

Error occurs because it was a bad .3ds file
