Hardware Error Code : 2165-1001

Hi everyone I'm making a thread about this error code because the official Nintendo website has no info for this code.


So for this error code I need to give some back story.
Recently every time I woke up my switch crashed (the screen was off with no error code and I had to press the on button for 12 sec to restart it), but today after playing a little bit of smash in portable, I close the game and let me Switch idle on the home menu and my the Switch crashed with the error code : 2165-1001.

So I did a quick search on google and found 2 reddit post with the same problem but no answer to it... So I'm here today to see if people had the same error has me and found a solution to this problem
By the way my switch has not been hacked but I did check the fusée gelée a long time ago without touching anything else

Mine does the same. Its only started recently, I play overwatch, turn it off and put my switch into sleep mode. It then wakes itself up and displays this message, I press the power button and the console resets itself.

Im having this error code but the unit will not shutdown after 12+ seconds of holding power button
