Hardware Error Code 2162-0002 on boot

Today I received my nintendo switch and was excited to set it up, i unboxed it and went to set it up, when i reach the EULA and accept it, it gives me the error code and tells me to shutdown, i tried maintenance mode, is there anything left to do?

I cant update because connecting to wifi is after accepting the EULA

I love how they say nothing about what could cause the error. The solutions aren't exactly the best either. "Just do a system update if there's one, if not, hope the error never comes back.
