This happens at random times throughout games on my switch. Doesn't matter if its xci or nsp. Smashed worked perfectly fine 4 hours ago. I go back in just now and crashes right after the initial load screen.

My setup
Samsung EVO Plus 256GB card in Fat32. Have about 60 GB remaining on the card
SX OS 2.9.4
CFW 9.1

Games afffected.
Super Smash
MUA3
BOTW
Mario Oddyssey
Mario Kart 8

It happens at random times. Before installing these games I run them against NSPVerify and they all look clean.

Why does switch think these are corrupt? Or is it something wrong with SX OS?

What does this error even mean?

Have you tried the same setup using a different memory card?
Doing a quick bit of research points to a possible issue with the microSD.
Have you run h2testw on the sd and it comes OK?

Turned out to be the nsp I guess my switch doesnt like nsp's . Playing the xci directly from the hard drive everything works. I guess no more nsp's for me

Yeah, xci's are the way to go, no faffing around, just mount and go.
I love em so much I converted everything to them.
