Hacking Error code 007-2001 on e-shop

Right, I couldn't find much about this, so

I successfully region-swapped an o3ds emuNAND from USA to EUP,

with a unused SecureInfo_A EUP i got from a Friend (no one but me has and it its not ban)

is there a way to fix it please?

Use an older version of AuReiNAND (now called Luma3DS). The one where it mentions adding the Cosmo3DS loader will do.
