Misc Error Code 005-4701, anyone know anything about it?

So, I was casually browsing my 3DS, playing Kirby as I was headed to class and I decide to go onto the eShop. But, lo and behold, I get error code 005-4701. Searching it on the support website says to power off my system and power it back on, however that hasn't worked. Any tips?
