Hacking Error Code 003 Brick

I got a Wii about 2-3 yrs ago from Vietnam with REALL cheap games, but I updated it and BAM!! I got shot with the error code. Well, we had a different Wii before that one, so we started to play that one instead.

2-3 Years Later

So then, I knew everything about the Wii. The Homebrew Channel, Priiloader, bootmii/bootmii2, Wad installing, USB Loader...
I'm trying to fix my old/Korean Wii, but ran into those Mod Chips/WODEs.
"Jeez, I'm only 12!"
Those things costs a bunch of $$$
So is there any way to fix error code 003 w/out Mod Chips/WODEs? I have also tried doing the RESET button while turning ON/OFF the Wii. No Priiloader.
Help here?

Well, that's some GREAT info, I hope someone can figure it out soon enough. Guess I'm going to use it as a brick for now

As such, I'm afraid it is unfortunately even LESS useful than a brick

There is no way around it. One way or another, you will have to pay money to get it fixed.

I have seen a 003 brick be fixed by him before.
