Were you using header, if so which header, public or private? Or you were using cia??
Did you even read the post before yours?
He said he was using the sky3ds template, so I assume he was using a sky3ds with public header, which can not run .CIA.

Hi how long will they banned a player? I dont usually go online with my sky3ds , will they still detect that i'm using sky3ds? i only find update for the games and during gameplay i turned off the wifi.

if many people use the same header, it may cause banned online, but you can change the header if it bans,

Yep, just as I thought. I knew Nintendo would end up changing the text in the error code in the new firmware update, as well as the updates in the games. It was done to be more specific on what the error code meant, so that users wouldn't contact Nintendo Customer Support to ask why they have that error code. I knew they had to do it at some point.

I'm sure Nintendo will also specify the error on the support page as well, to reflect the changes. Eventually this page will change also: https://www.nintendo.com/consumer/w...sp?system=3DS&locale=en_US&error_code=0020102

so a user over at reddit got banned and nintendo is going bold this time.

same error code, but he was banned playing with sky

Oh noes, we'd better stop playing online for a while - Nintendo isn't fooling around this time.
Hold on... so this wasn't an April Fools' prank?
