I tried booting a downloaded ISO and when I boot it, I get this message "The game could not be started (80010002)" I'm using CFW 6.60 PRO-C.

There is an option in cfw 6.61 me 2.3 (the cfw I use) named "no-umd" in recovery mode.
That worked for me at least.
