Can't access my eshop profile, I was going to redownload some of my game from the eshop but it keeps popping up error 2813-0988 on both of my switch. Tried my gf's account which has the same region set as mine and she can open her eshop profile. Anyone ever experienced it before?

is your switch hacked?
is the time/date correct?
can you log in to Nintendo on your PC and check the region to make sure it matches?
