Hacking Question ERROR 2011-0301

Hello,
everytime my friend opens the YouTube application, he gets this error on his Switch. He updated his console to the latest version available and Atmosphere as well. I don't use Atmosphere, so I don't know what is going on here. Any help?

He's banned from nintendo online services. I got the same error. There's a modded version of youtube floating around that bypasses the online check. I use it and it works fine, even when im banned from everything else.

ban error codes should be:
Error Codes: 2124-4007, 2124-4508

2011-0301 is an error usually related to wifi problems. Not an error for bans.

yea i was incorrect. maybe his wifi isn't working correctly.
