Misc Error 20103 [NWC]

A few days ago i formatted my Nintendo Wii, and now, when i try to download something i get an error: 20103. I have been getting information about this error and means that i have been banned... for using cheats. I have to say that I have never used cheats, only HBC installed, I can't acces to YouTube because this errors. I have phoned to Nintendo and they told me taht it was a motherboard issue :facepalm:

Is there a way to solve this permanently without using a 'bypass' code or something like that?

I don't think there's a "bypass code." You'll probably find any sites offering something like that are just trying to serve you malware.

How did you format your Wii, and did you modify anything in the NAND? I've never heard of being banned from Netflix/YT channels unless there's a configuration problem.

20103 is a connection problem according to Nintendo's site.

I don0t know. I have HBC and CIOS installed, and some wads. Also have a custom theme too. But i remember having the problem before installing cios and custom themes... And as I said, I'm 'banned' from EVERYTHING except the Wii Shop Channel

I did a backup of my last nand too. Could my problem be solved restoring it?

Well, the Wii Shop Channel is the only thing that's still open. All of the the other Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection systems have been shut down for a few years. (Netflix/YT should still work, though. They're not WFC titles.)

I guess it could be the theme. I've never used one.

If you're wanting to play games online you might look into Wiimmfi.

Yep i know it. As far I know MW3 is still online. For the Mario Kart Wii I use Wiimmfi and works fine. Youtube and Netflix as i see it uses NWC servers, because it gives me the 20103 and the nintendo web page for more information...

Both of those channels still work fine for me. If they used Nintendo's service they wouldn't as the servers don't respond anymore.

It's very strange. When I stopped playing Wii, (Ends of 2013) i could play online and acces YouTube and other things with any problems. But in 2016 i formatted it (doing a NAND backup before) and this error appears. Probably if I restore this backup the error would dissappear?
