Hacking Error: 2002-4518 (0x234C02) while installing NSP

Ive done plenty of searching on here and also on google and i don't know if i have found a solution or understand the solution. Ive seen patches here and there on and nogchick lines but none of these seem to work.

My switch has had CFW since Oct/Nov 2019. I used to have Hekate 5.0.2 and everything worked.
since then i have attempted to upgrade to 5.3.0 and NOTHING worked what so ever i couldn't even boot into atmosphere.
recently i wiped changed sd cards and installed Hekate 5.3.2 and i am now able to load up atmosphere and hbmenu, etc..

I have launched the menu via game application (cart inserted) and i dumped the NSP using NXDumptool.
i then go into golfleaf and try to install it and i receive the below error.

How do i fix this?????

Error: 2002-4518 (0x234C02)
Modul: FS (2)
Description: Invalid NCA (Missing Sigpatches or too low firmware) (4518)

my FW is
9.0.1|AMS 0.13.0|E using atmosphere FSS0 EmuMMC
9.2.0|AMS 0.13.0|S using atphoshere FSS0 SYS

That's exactly what issue. Your Firmware is way to low for said game.
And or your signature patches are out of date.

how do i fix this?

side note: this morning i launched Fusee primary and it now lets me install it but i cant run those games in emmummc
