I have a switch that gives me error 2002-3560 upon boot. I’ve looked into the error code and all the information I get is to initialize the console without deleting save data. I’ve done this and error code still persists. The console is my noncfw switch but it is a vulnerable model. I’d just rather not boot cfw on it to fix something if possible. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

have you been playing it before this happened? this isn't a pre-own switch, is it?
I was playing smash and the console displayed the error. It now happens on boot but not all the time. If it doesn’t happen on boot it’ll happen a few mins into a game. The console is not preowned

Heads up: if you want a fast solution, stay on 'temp.

You might be a victim of a new problem that we don't have information on.

That’s what I’m thinking. Nintendo said they’d have to fix it in house and everything I’ve found online says to initialize system but that doesn’t fix it. I’m starting to think I’m gonna have to send it to Nintendo

Did you use the same Nintendo account on this Switch that you use/used on your hacked Switch?

There was only one case of someone who was banned without any reason and it was a glitch in the system but that was very rare.

I guess you can try initializing the system, there is no harm, all it does is clear system settings, controller pairings, video clips on the system, and downloaded games. Try to fit as many of your digital downloads onto a microSD card if you have one, then try it out and see if that fixes it.

I tried this multiple times and it still happens

Have you tried the recovery mode. The actual recovery mode that erases everything? I’d backup your saves to the cloud then do the factory restore mode holding vol - and + keep holding them while pressing and holding power for 1 second then release power but keep holding volume buttons until screen turns on.

One more idea, does this only do this error on cartridge games?

I’ve initialized console in recovery mode and it still happens. No cartridge game in slot either.

This code is for micro sd error. If changing the micro sd didn't solve the problem, then the port is.

Pip'
I’ll look into getting a new SD port on eBay because the console has never had an SD in it. Thank you.
