Error 160-0103 when loading games and trying to backup NAND

I got my non booting Wii U to boot somehow but now i'm getting that error which from my understanding means the EEPROM is dead or corrupted. I used udpih and found out it's a hynix chip. The console is running stock firmware at the moment but I would like to dump the NAND to use RedNAND hoping it'll bypass the dodgy EEPROM and be able to load games however the NANDDumper from the CFW guide gives that error too. is there any way to run RedNAND without extracting the keys? Or a way to extract the keys without dumping the whole NAND (which is what is seemingly causing this issue)?

You kann dump otp and seeprom trough the recovery menu. With a modified recovery menu, you can also dump the SLC and MLC.

I would recommend replacing the bad eMMC, before it dies completly, as that would make things much more difficult.
