Homebrew Error 022-2402? Any advice or solution?

I've decided to jump back on my 3DS after months of inactivity, and came across the Badge Arcade, something that I used to use regularly. However, when I opened the app, it came up with an error 022-2402. I believe it is the same with the e-shop. My 3DS is on 11.6 Luma3DS & B9S
I looked around but there don't seem to be any solutions. The only threads I saw that had this problem stemmed from the Pokémon wave ban, but I did not play the game pre-release, so the ban couldn't have come from that.

Any advice or help would be appreciated!

we dont know what causes a CFW Ban but it was more or less cosidered at first the "Pokemon Sun/Moon" ban because of those that did. (its likely the first CFW Banhammer wave)

check *That* iso site for a new LFCS_B and use GodMode9 to inject it. thats teh only way around it (i belive the 022-2404 isnt the hyper-banwhich the LFCS_B wouldnt work either way. dont quote me on this.)
either way w/ Any modified device (Sony Microsoft or nintendo) be Prepared for an ban from online services
