I encrypted the CIA to retail keys with Decrypt9 for good measure before reinstalling it. Backup your save it will be wiped when you uninstall the game..

How do we do this? I'm trying to encrypt the CIA but i dont know how

So can someone summarize this for me?

From what I was able to gather from people posting earlier, all you had to do was replace your bork LocalFriendCodeSeed with a good one from another console.
Obviously, not all of us can do that-

Is there some way of having it generate a new one, or you make one on your own and do what Apache previously mentioned, or am I confused? (And having it work online)

On my emunand I deleted all the 3 files including localFriendCodeseed via Godmode. It didn't brick my emunand,changed my friend code but restrictions are same and weird enough error code has changed to 002-0121

If i replace the localfriendseed_b does the donor 3ds lose or risk something?

i did the secureinfo unban and i can acccess eshop but cant link nnid
