Hacking Error 001

hey guys, I've been getting this 001 error with the last backup i've tried to burn Super Robot War Neo, (Neogamma R8, LG DVDRW Sony DVD-R burn at 4x, never had problem before)
Tried searching came up with trucha signer + wiipatcher, but I can't get trucha signer to work whenever I load an ISO it says error decrypting data. Help?

What cIOS are you using with NeoGamma?

I'm using R15, after a bit of searching it seems that release is a bit problematic should I use CIOS38 rev 14 or the latest one? thanks

Get rev17 instead. That one should work
