So I followed the ULTIMATE System Menu 4.0 Guide, and when I load my Guitar Hero Metallica and I got the 001 error. I used CIOSCORP v2 and I reinstalled it twice. Then heard that another person having this problem, said that cIOS 53 was the problem, so I installed cIOS 53 bugfix from cioscorp v1, but nothing changed.

try to get into the preloader menu, then System Menu Hacks. Enable 'Skip disc update check and Save Settings, Then press B to go back to menu, then go to Settings; change 'Autoboot' and 'Return To' options to 'Systemmenu' also on 'System Menu IOS' change it to '249' and Finally Save settings then go back and Launch System Menu
