So I ctr-transfered a fresh emuNAND to 9.2.0.
The sysNAND is ok.
I get the following error:

Error type: generic

Process ID: 67136320

Address: 0x00000cea
Error code: 0x000000ce

Any ideas on what the issue is?

I'm using v10.0.1. Sorry about late response, I was busy.
EDIT: I forgot to mention I'm using a New 2DS, not sure if that helps though.

To be clear, you made an emuNAND from your sysNAND (or a NAND backup), it booted properly, and then you performed a CTRTransfer?

I'd recommend restoring your emuNAND using a NAND backup (or your sysNAND). From there, you can attempt the CTRTransfer again, making sure you are using the correct files.

The n2DSXL isn't compatible with 9.2.0 firmware. Lowest firmware installed from factory was 11.4.0, which was different from other models with a special camera sysmodule.

Firmware 11.5.0 was when the n3DS / n3DSXL / n2DSXL shared the exact new series firmware.
