I just confirmed that, although they did fix a lot of games that were missing cheat menus from the in-game menu, they missed some of them. i.e. Mega Man Star Force 2 Zerker x Ninja :[
I was looking forward to the update so that I could activate cheats in-game :/ Other than that the new version seems better, especially since they gave the in-game menu a bigger border so that people could easily press the soft-reset button at the top left
