Endpoint for TIDs etc.. (how does it work?)

since blawar and his title db scrapes seem to be abandoned since a month I thought if anybody knows the mechanic he did get that scraped?
I used so far a py script to match some tids with his supplied versions but since its not updated, my py is useless at this point.

so i thought about to scrape it my own instead if its not that work intensive...
the normal website seems not to hold that information for "public" at least on a short look i found nothing so far.
did anybody wiresharked the ofw while checking for updates yet and have the output/log?

If there is another source with such output most appreciated
any infos welcome

It's scraped from the eShop, I believe the API endpoints are publicly accessible.
