ROM Hack End game hack

So at the end of the main quest, you are able to fly across map (not fast travel) on your pokemons back. is a hack possible to have this before completing the main quest? I dont want to beat the game yet. thanks!

Would've helped if you put the game name on the title.

Anyway, I don't think its a good idea to have a hack like that pre-end game, as it will bypass all the "barriers" for the story, you'd be able to skip a whole lot of parts of the game and might even bug out some parts (like bypassing forced battles with rivals on some areas).
