Encoding video for WiiMC

otherwise you would know 2pass
2pass helps achieve wanted size, it doesnt help the quality within that size

But, i enabled some libxvid flags, so 2000Kb/s look +- same as the default setting 2500Kb/s

unadvantage is, that the encoding is 5x slower with these high quality flags
 
Hey! Im trying to make this work, sounds really genius of you.

I only managed to make the folder with the ffmpeg, and run the CMD in it. What do i do next? Do I need to put the video i want to convert in the same folder? I am totally lost haha

Oh, i understood i haft to name the video "Input" in the same folder, however my CMD does not recognize "ffmpeg' as an internal or external command. How do i go about this?
