If I have A9LH and Luma on 11.3, then can I set up EmuNAND using EmuNAND9?

If so, can you tell me a way to do it while keeping all my data?

Actually, no you don't. You can use EmuNAND9 as a Luma payload on any firmware with A9LH, like Hourglass9.

Just make a backup of your sd content, once you make an emunand, unlink it by using tinyformat.
