Hacking Question EmuNAND Offline

Hi, I haven't gotten my dongle for my switch yet, but I was wondering if I were to install an emunand and keep it offline while my SysNAND is still online would this let me use CFW without my switch being online with no Nintendo accounts linked?

Yes personal recommendation

DO NOT GO STRAIGHT TO CFW
STEPS:
click launch cfw and when you see a the license has been created select back, go to sx website retrieve the activation then now make emunand ,make 100% sure emunand is on then go to cfw so this way your nand keeps clean!(so far no bans with this method also before making emunand delete wifi settings!)

I don't have a liscence yet, I'm getting one from Team Executer For translation but if you do have 2 please give me one. I really need it, if you only have one it's fine I wouldn't really mind.
