Hacking Question Emunand and incognito

Ok I have sx pro and I have atmos both on my switch now when I first hacked my switch it was using sx pro i did a nand back up but never an emunand. I recently switched to atmos and I have incognito running. I was asking if yhere was a way to run emunand on sx and incognito on atmos. If it is possible can I just load up sx and hit creat emunand or would I have to wipe and do everything all over again.

SX has their own incognito, why not use that?

Are you talking about stealth mode is that just as good as incognito mode
