Hacking EMUNAND + AMBASSADOR

recently i bought a used 3DS in 4.5 for use gateway

update to emunand 9.4 and working without problem at all

BUT

when i enter in redownloadeble session of ESHOP i discovered...... ITS A AMBASSADOR 3DS, the previous owner didnt know that, he told me... but eshop is linked with him nnid

my question is..

if i format emunand, put MY nnid, i will get ambassador games, or its will lose forever?

AFAIK they're linked to his account. If you format and put your NNID in they're gone

pretty sure there was no NNID on 4.x so they should just be tied to the system, if you setup emunand and link your NNID they should then be tied to your NNID and 3DS

ahhh yeah i see maybe it was linked to a NNID....in which case yeah they will be tied to the NNID that was first loggin on the console in emunand......but really they would be unusable in emunand anyway.....if he has another 3DS he may be able to just do a system transfer and send them to a legit 9.4 system

Pretty sure Ambassador tickets are available in CIA.

If the 3ds is on 4.5 then there is no nin linked (4.5 is before nin)
unless he had a emu nand set up i guess already

I wonder the point where you say, he didn't know that.
For the games to get you had to login and update your system and eneter the e-shop before 12 august 2011 and download them before 16 december 2011
If you din't know that and didn't download the games before 16 december, you lost your claim for the games.
So it seems to me he downloaded all 20 games before, letting me believe he knew about it

Also if you transffer the games to another 3ds, like i did (i transffered everything to my 3ds xl when i bought that, you can't redownload them on the old 3ds anymore even if you link it back to your nintendo account.
The old 3DS just goes back to a not so special 3DS again, cause even the ambasador ticket you got, gets transffered to the new system

Once the games are linked to an nnid, they're stuck there. You're going to have to ask if the guy will give you his nnid for you to keep the ambassador games for yourself.

i contacted the owner, to get his password... change the password and email...

but i realize... ambassador games doesnt work in emunand.... only keep the ambassador for the value -.-....

They might work in the 9.x mode though.

You download the Ambassador Cert .cia file the same way you would illegally download a .cia of a game like Mario Kart 7

Although it just give your emunand ambassador status and does nothing to your real sysnand

They might work in the 9.x mode though.

The Ambassador games will almost certainly work with the new exploit because it's unlikely to be a DS mode exploit.

but... to enter eshop and download the games you must to be on 9.4 or newer version... 9.0/9,2 its the newest firmware wich gateway will support for now, when you`ll try enter in the eshop, the 3ds ask you to update..... if you update to enter eshop, you`ll lose the gateway support

Pretty much anything that has ever been able to be installed on a 3DS through a legitimate means (and some not so legit like Pokemon VC for GBC) have a .cia file out there
