Homebrew emulators without a flashcard?

is there a way i can use my sd card to run emulators? preferably some with 3ds capabilities like super mario 3d land? i am using tube hax so far with hacking my rumble world and pokemon shuffle games any help would be greatly appreciated!

Many emulators of different consoles. Several have already been ported to work with the 3DS. Check its thread in the homebrew section here.
i have most of those already and i think i should have worded my question differently i'm looking for ones that support 3ds games like super mario 3d land, mario party island tour, monster hunter 4 ultimate, etc.

That's not an emulator. Those are really 3DS games.
You need a flashcart or a CFW to play those and that's only possible with firmware 9.2 or below

ah darn i was hoping there would be a way to do it without the flash card :/
 
really?my main is on the latest firmware but my second one is still on 9.2
Here are a couple of guides to get you started.
