I know the issues with exFat formatting when running emulators, I was thinking of having a exFat card for my NSP games and then one FAT32 for just my emulators. I always carry a case with me and it is very easy for me to push payloads to the switch while I am out. My gameplay consists of playing the same game for a long period then switching over to emulators for a while then back to another game. Just wanted to know your thoughts and if there is anything I should be concerned with doing it this way.

You should be good to go, just make sure you don't eject the SD card while the switch is still powered on.
