ROM Hack emulator for pc

Hi not sure if its the right thread.
Does anyone know if there is a emulator for the pc so i can play 3ds games on my pc??
Any help is appriciated

Yes there is an emulator being worked on by the name of Citra.

A this stage however it's mostly useful as a development tool, there isn't anything that can play commercial games to any great degree.

I know citra but its only for 64 bits on windows,and i have 32 bits

You'd likely need a better computer even when the emulator reaches the point of being useful for your purposes. A 3ds might be cheaper.

Getting your hands on citra will likely never happen, and forget about running past 30fps. If you want to stream 3ds games, buy a 3ds with a built in capture card. If you want to get 3ds games for free, either...
A: get a sky3ds cartridge $200
B: buy the fucking game
C: wait for an improbable kernel exploit
D: sell your soul for a 4.5 3ds and run rxtools on it.
