Thank you for your information. But from what I saw on youtube, it seems like the N100 struggles on emulators like Dolphin. I think I'll have to pass on this one^^

Like, fucking lol, okay.

Anyway, I think you have more than enough information available to you at this point. You definitely seem to have a solid idea in mind of what you want (and what that actually means, because "able to emulate" can mean 1 of 100 different things to 100 different people). So just pick the chip that can do what you are hoping for and go from there.

To keep expectations in check, the absolute best you can get today (for ~$1K) is an HX 370 chip. If that can't do what you want, nothing will. And that's only slightly better (in CPU), and way shittier (in terms of GPU), than your 11700K/3060Ti gaming PC that you apparently don't want to use.

BTW, depending on the settings, the HX 370 can struggle with Dolphin as well. Just sayin'.

Best of luck!

Well thank you. The videos I was looking at showed me the N100 struggling with Dolphin (and even more with Ps2).
Also, it's not about "not wanting to use my own PC", it was more about gifting it to my sister for christmas. She's been looking for something like that (emulation console) that she could have in her living room, and she insisted that she wanted to be able to play at least Wii/Gamecube and PS2. I told her I would be looking for it, hence why I'm here.
But anyway, thank you all for your help :)
