A dream would come true being able to play the Games you showed. Technically even SMG for wii should be doable on the switch. Nintendo will certainly never deliver real VC for those games so the community will have to show what they are capable.

i really doubt he's actually willing to pay $1500 or even has the money, considering he just created an account to beg an emulator. He just said it to encourage people.
im 16 but even I can say "I will give 10000 dollars to whoever makes homebrew for the Switch" to encourage people to find exploits.

$1500 isn't a lot of money. I'm a teacher of a school that resides in a rich neighborhood. Middle-school students come in wearing apple watches and carrying iPhones. He could be just coming from a wealthy family.

I doubt this'd motivate anyone to work. People are probably already working on exploits and homebrew, just because you offer them money, it won't make the work faster.

Don't be a hating stonebag, I have already built my GTX 1080 x34 uatx PC build. What I want is my switch to be hacked. I know I can pay the developer who does it, the question is who wants my $ and does anyone else want to throw in so it gets emulation? Btw all the people hating on 18 year olds I bet your parents bought you your switch aha. I work for my own shit, I just bought a v12 S class too.

Because I don't carry around my Wii+ NES + Gamecube like a dong I just bought a switch and I expect all their old compatible titles to come out asap, unless they want someone to have to pay someone else to geterdone

Guys the point of the switch is to be able to portably play Nintendo games, not to sit and use the old Wii or NES, if nobody wants to try and do this can one of y'all show me what I need to start to learn to accomplish this for all of us? Apparently the OS is FreeBSD and Android has a ton of emulators so....?

The amount of power required is basically the same for GC and Wii.

paying them that small amount won't speed up development... expect to wait at least a year and a half to even get a POC. remember how long the 3ds and wii u took? probably not, because you signed up today

GPD Win then, or something similar. Rather than throw in some money that's probably not going to happen for quite a while. GPD is just a fraction of that amount and could play those emulators, not sure on the performance on dolphin, though. Heck, I don't even think if the Switch can handle Wii games on its own since they have different architecture, how much more an emulator for it. Unless, if the game is properly ported.

ninja'd: Dolphin emulator on Android might have a better chance of improving performance as long as it is still being developed.

edit: Might wanna consider getting an nvidia shield, or any high end android tablet or smartphone plus a controller. ps4 ds4 would be nice. hehe.
