i downgrade 9.9 to 9.2 and i have a partial downgrade the navigator works the homebrew channel works to i need help to update to 10.2 for downgrade to 9.2

Just use thr sysupdater once again to reinstall 9.2 and then do a system format

a9lh also know as arm9loaderhax is a hack which allows you to run cfw before your 3ds even boots. the other(and worst solution) is called menuhax, which evolves exploiting your 3ds at boot time in order to load your cfw at emunand which is a partition in your sd. a9lh doesn't need that as it patches the sysnand(the nand of your 3ds ) at boot and it offers brick protection, which menuhax doesn't. I would install a9lh as it's a better option nowadays and it's fairly easy https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki
