By "emarging" you mean "merge"? Well, it's easy:

1. Find a way to transcode it to a common format (Search something like "how to convert psp pmf to mp4" on Google).
2. With your video in a common format, use Avisynth to apply the subtitles (you can use some filter on video too), you can search something like "How to hardsub with Avisynth" on Google for it.
3. Use the same way you transcoded your original file to do the reverse process.
4. Replace the video.
5. Profit.
